Human Resource Technical Specialist

Responsibilities include job analysis and determination of internal equity and external competitiveness using proven statistical methods. Track salary surveys. Provide budgeting and forecasting analysis as it pertains to personnel allocation. Compile, calculate and verify wage and hour charts. Compile, analyze and maintain safety and workers' compensation statistics. Must have Bachelor's degree in a Liberal Arts field and 6 months of experience in job offered.
